Five Steps, Start to Finish

Intro Call
A direct 30–45 minute conversation with the founders to discuss your situation and desired outcome. No obligation — just clarity on whether and how we can help.
Scope & Agreement
We define the scope, provide a fixed quote, and outline milestones and payment terms. Once confirmed, you have a signed agreement with a clear timeline and cost.
Delivery
We carry out the agreed research, analysis, and strategic work — typically a few weeks, depending on scope. You receive the agreed deliverable: a recommendation, research, or roadmap.
Closeout & Follow-Up
We review the outcome together, gather feedback, and discuss what's next — a short conversation that closes the loop and sets up any future work.
